Hey I just moved from pa to ky and looking for a dr that will prescribe my oxycodone 30mg that I have been on for years.. I haven't had any luck finding a dr that will prescribe my meds. I have had several back surgeries and need another surgery but don't have insurance right now. Does anyone know of any doctor around here that will prescribe my meds? Please please please someone direct me to a doctor who will listen and prescribe the amount of oxycodone my son needs. Pain management clinics are a joke and fall short of what we know will keep him comfortable until they can do the therapy or procedures that may be able to get him out of pain so he doesn't have to take it. He only needs 60 mg a day in 4 15 mg doses. That is what we've found works and makes it so he doesn't get sick from the meds and is out of the considerable pain he is in. I'm 55 and have chronic back and neck pain. I'm also worn out dealing with these state/gov doctors who feel they have to re-invent the wheel where my pain relief is concerned. My doctor has left Arkansas and I need to find a doctor that is willing to help me with my pain meds. He was giving me Oxycodone due to headache I have from strokes I have had, but I can't seem to find me a doctor. Hello!!! This is a question for my mother, not me. She doesn't know how to use 'Net. I have a serious problem. My dr. had two patients start dr. shopping and has decided it is too big of a pain in his butt to continue prescribing, even though I have gotten MRIs and Xrays to prove my problems. I've moved to Springfield recently and all of the doctors offices tell me "Oh, our policy is never to prescribe narcotics."
