I have chronic, severe anxiety to the point of not being able to go outside, grocery store, cook, clean myself, my home, can't focus due to do my bills, or other important business. Panic Attacks, constant Acute Anxiety Attacks make it impossible to function or have any kind of life. I have been on it for over 20 years, and have never abused it, taken more than prescribed, and sometimes don't have to take it for 24 hours. My doctor who has been giving it to me received a letter from my insurance company, and misunderstood what it was telling her. I called my insurance, and they said "NO" we would never do that also to the abrupt withdrawls. Chances are if you claim that you will wind up with anti depression medication. Running out of Xanax can be serious although no one here can provide the name of a doctor for you.
