Does round pink pill with imprint P75 contain misoprostolol or just diclofenac? i have strep throat and i was givin a shot that doesnt seem to be working. i have some of these pills left over from when i had a problem before i was wondering scence they are an anti inflamitory if they would help with the shot of pin that i got or if it would mess with it. so is it safe to take even though i got the shot? ## Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, so it would only help with pain and not the infection. what is the difference between diclofenac dr 75mg tab and diclofenac potassium 50mg tab? ## They are both Diclofenac Potassiume, however, the dosage is clearly difference and the DR means that the 75mg one is delayed released, so the medication is slowly released, after you take it, rather than being released all at once.
