How many do you take at a time? ## This tablet contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 10mgs of Dextromethorphan, 200mgs of Guaifenesin and 5mgs of Phenylephrine, this is an over the counter cold remedy. That said, the recommended dosing is to start with one tablet, if you experience no relief, take another, but you should stick with the lowest possible effective dose.
