What is the primary use of DE WITT'S K & B pills? ## This is simply a diuretic with mild antiseptic action. From what I could gather, each pill contains: Dry Buchu Extract (27.5 mg) Bearberry Extract (55 mg) I hope this info helps! ## I have a problem with kidney stones, so I need DEWITTS K & B pills for treatment. I have not had any of my clients or family members encounter any side effects. You should use it if you do not have a compromised system or a kidney disease (such us end stage renal), but always consult your doctor first. I bought them years ago when they were available, for bladder infection. Cleared me up in no time!! FANTASTIC!! Now I need them again for the same problem. ## Hello, Rick! How are you? I'm sorry about the infection. However, this product is no longer available. It would be best to see your doctor for a diagnosis and proper antibiotic prescription, if necessary. The FDA lists the side effects of antibiotics as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. I was told by a doctor that i have a kidney or bladder problem which seems to be giving me back aches when i try to sit or stand for long periods. I have heard of Dewitts kidney pills and would like to give that a try before things get worse.
