I can cause nausea, and diarrhea in some people that take it, according to NIH warnings, so you may do better taking it before a meal, it really depends on what works for you. Lactobacillus(Trade Name: Darolac IBS 299V)traded in India by Aristo Lab is being used by me at present. I am interested to know whether any new more effective drug is released without any side effects. ## My wife, aged 73 years has been suffering from IBS-D for nearly 2 years. Based on doctor's advice, colonoscopy test was conducted. The result was normal.
