The reason I am asking is because this is not available in the U.S. The trade name for this is Ibilex, it contains 500mgs of Cephalexin, an antibiotic. I just received a bottle of doxycycline 100 mg the capsules are of a darker green color with no markings On the pills should I be worried about taking them? ## Where did you obtain them? All standard U.S. manufactured medications are required to have markings on them to enable their identification. If you got them outside the U.S. they may very well be Doxycycline, but there's no way to be sure and, if they are from the U.S. and have no markings, they aren't a prescription medication. The FDA lists the typical side effects of antibiotics as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
