Oblong white pill. Side 'A' is split down the middle. On the right side of the split there is a triangle with no bottom that has a capital 'P' inside the triangle. On the left side of the pill there is the number 152. Side 'B' of the pill is plain. it is a small round blue pill with A X on one side and on the other side it has lines to break it into 4 piece, one line going from top to bottom and another line going from left to right making perfect 90 degree angles. The pills are kinda faded like they got wet or rubbed up against something but I'm trying to figure out what it is bc someone took it by mistake bc it looks a lot alike their other medication. I fuond a small peach colored tablet in my home. This is not one of the prescription drugs that I take. The imprint is 3571 on top half of tablet and a v on bottom half of tablet.
