cure from phensedyl

I am dependent on phensedyl, how i could cure from it? Every day i have to take 200ml, i have tried to leave it for several times, please mention some medicine which help me to taper off phensedyl. ## i am serious addict of phensydl cough syrup and corex cough syrup.i had started this habit 2years back,now i am not able to live without taking 3bottles a day.these habit i had got it from my friend,in the initial time i take only half bottle a day,after one month i had taken one botle daily,at that time the price of medicine is 55rs for 100ml,now the rate of the medicine is 89rs,so i take corex which has 60rs,now i am taking 3bottles a day,usually taking this medicine in the night and i also smoke 25 cigarates at that time,i wil sleep only after 4o clock in morning,i will take 6liters of ...
