Does one have itching and blue marks on the body because of this drug?

Can I take Copilet instead of Ecosprin 150? Ecosprin is giving me constipation and gas trouble. I take it because I had a history of TIA. I have been taking it for 1 1/2 years and I'm 46 years old.

I was taking Ranozex since my three months and the doctor stopped it. I am now taking copilet A 150. Should I continue to take Ranozex? I am scared that the doctor may hve omitted that tablet by mistake
