I am suffering from high blood pressure and have been taking Telmisartan 40mg. Can I take Manforce 50mg along with it? ## Can I take Manforce 50mg if I'm already taking Asomex tm 5/40 & Clonafit beta? ## It would be best not to take Manforce, unless it is medically approved for you to take, because it may cause your blood pressure to fall to low, according to NIH reports. Other side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stuffy nose, and priapism. Are you on any other medications? Are you suffering from erectile dysfunction?
