In this case, I'm pretty sure it's Alka-Seltzer Plus (Severe Cold & Flu). It contains: - Acetaminophen - Chlorpheniramine - Dextromethorphan - Phenylephrine I used the drug interactions checker on WebMD against the following antibiotics: - Amoxicillin: No interactions found - Azithromycin: No interactions found - Clindamycin: No interactions found I would still recommend double checking with your doctor to make sure the cold medication will not reduce the efficacy of your antibiotics. ## What specific antibiotic are you asking about?
