Clavam 625 And Augmentin

I have bad chest infection and sinus so my Gp prescribed me augmentin 625mg but my phamist gave me clavamel forte 500mg. Just wondering was it a mistake or is this equivalent to augmentin? Dr put me on liquifloxacin . i consumed 15 tablets of d medicine. after that i was put on CLAVAM 625 .I have taken 15 capsules so far. But not recovered so far . Quiet a lot of burnt area is still not become normal. i m cleaning the area regularly with Savlon ,followed by Betadine solution & then apply Betadine paste on the affected area. I've been using Clavam 625 and have noticed that I started getting a skin rash. Is this a known side effect? Unfortunately, the only remedy is to stop taking the medication and let the rash wear off. However, you should contact your doctor about an alternative medication to use and an antihistamine, if they approve your use of it, may help with the rash.

Clavam 625mg and Augmentin 626mg are the same salts with the same functions and results. Is there any difference between them except the company who makes them?
