Can I take 2 10mg celexa at the same time?? Would it be the same as taking a 20mg??? ## Yes, it would be equivalent to taking a 20mg, as long as they are both the regular release formulation tablets. My doctor even suggests I do it, if we're upping the dose of something, to use up the pills I've already purchased, before spending money on more. Learn more Celexa details here. The first prescription I had were pink oval tablets, but this next one was round white tablets, the size of a 325mg bayer aspirin. Embossed on the tablet, from what I can make out is, WP1 3177. I have been taking citalopram10mg for 4days now along with 400mg tramadol (100mg 4xaday) and 6mg diazepam. My depression has lifted however my anxiety has increased and I can't sleep. I'm due to increase my citalopram to 20mg in 3 days but not sure if this is a good idea. It says on their website and several others that it is gluten free. However I experienced the same problem you did I would take it and get really sick like a sprue out break. They say they are gluten free but I am no longer taking my Citalopram 20mg ## It depends on who the manufacturer and since this is a generic, there are several different companies that make it. Are there any markings on the tablets you need information on? ## It is manufactured by Aurobindo Pharmaceuticals. I am gluten intolerant. Every time I take it I have elevated pulse rate just as I do when I accidentally have gluten. I'm trying to taper off and having withdrawal,don't like the idea of possibly gluttening myself.

I have started taking Citalopram to treat my depression. I am on 10 mg tablets and I can't sleep at night, is this normal? I am going on holiday soon and want to know if I can drink? I also worry about my weight, will it go up whilst taking these tablets? ## I have been on 20mg per day for just over a year now, i have not put weight on but aint lost any either, i got really tired when i first started taking it but are fine now, also i have a drink on a weekend, i was advised not to drink while taking them but i have been fine. Beige oblong tablet, scored, 9 and 0 on the scored side and A on the reverse. Told it was citalopram 20mg but doesn't look like the usual tablet. ## The marking is actually A 06 and the tablet does contain 20mgs of Citalopram, the active ingredient in Celexa, which is an SSRI antidepressant. Is a Citalopram HBR 40 mg white oblong/oval tablet with '0 7' on one side and an 'A' on the other the same as a smaller pink oblong/oval 40mg tablet with '0 6' on one side and an 'A' on the other side? Hi, I have been on 20mg of Citalopram (Celexa) for a year and starting to come off them. I was taking 2 x 10 mg tablets a day. So I started by alternating 2x10mg one day followed by 1x10mg the next day and alternating for a few weeks. Well that was the plan, but I felt no side effects after 3 days so figured I could go down to 10mg a day. I was on 10mg a day for about 3 days and had no withdrawal symptoms, so again figured I had this tapering stuff sorted and then decided to go to 10mg every other day. Then it hit me, I felt like I had the flu... which is my main question, people talk about side effect symptoms like brain zaps and nausea, I havent had any of those. But I feel achy and lethargic and cannot sleep. But also have a really bad cough. I have never seen anyone mention a cough ...

I have been prescribed Cilift 20mg by my doctor to treat my anxiety that i get. I get sweaty hand and feet, heart pulpotations, sometimes a pain in my chest.
