Round only imprinted on one side. Its got lg100 on it ## Based on my research, a white film-coated tablet with "LG 100" embossed on one side is a 100mg Largactil tablet, from Australia. Largactil (Chlorpromazine Hydrochloride) is used to treat various problems such as severe depression or behavioural disturbances. However, this medication has a number of other uses as well, from treating nausea, vomiting, and severe pain, to unstoppable hiccups. When I went to take my medication this am that had been refilled the tablet was something else. Should have been and was labelled Novo Carbamazapine 200mg. It was a medium sized white convex tablet with a "N" on one side and "100" on the other. Scored in half once. It was some sort of psychiatric medication. Any idea what it was?? ## Hello, Mimi! How are you? Have you contacted your pharmacy about the error? From what I can find, this tablet actually contains 100mgs of Chlorpromazine, which is an antipsychotic. Side effects can include ECG changes, nausea, weight gain and somnolence. ## Thank you for the reply! When I called about it I was told not to take and to come in. They were replaced with the correct medication. They were quite apologetic. Mistakes happen, I guess...
