i took 60mg of methodone

i am perscribed 2 10mg methadone 4 x a day and i was sorting my meds for the weak and i took the wrong pile of pills and that was 6 10mg of methodone instead of my mixture of pills perscribed to me wich are 20mg methadon 8mg hydromorphine tinazadine and gabapentin should i worry about this ## Are you okay? Did anything happen? There is a chance that it could be too high of a dose and cause an overdose, but that would really be worse case scenario.
