Can I Take Antihistamin For Skin Itc

I had my knee joint replaced in January 2012.Round about 15 April 2012 I started taking 2 Tramacet capsules per day once again for pain.On the 7th May 2012 I woke up during the night with severe itching of my skin.Ever since my virtually whole body has been itching at night and I have been overheating.I have tried lighter bedding and bed clothes but to no avail.I don't have a fever. ## Are you still taking the Tramacet? Please. Provide. Drug. As. I. Had already tried citrizen5 Hcl 5 mg. And. Zyrtec 10 mg. hcl. Tbt. Also benadrl tbt I. ## Do you mean that you have itching that's only occurring at night? If so, it may not be due to an allergy, which could be why the antihistamines haven't helped. If it's only happening at night, with no other triggers, then it may just be due to a circulation problem, that can cause skin itching. Have you consulted a doctor?

Please doctor. My skin itch like hell, if I take Zyncet, it comes out and itch me like hell and then it dies down for just 2days and it returns. What can I take with Zyncet to permanently stop this terrible itchy skin?. Thanks ## You really need to consult your doctor, in person, to get to the root of what's causing the itching. Do you just have itching, or do you also have a rash and hives? Is your skin dry? Have you tried using different soaps, shampoo and detergents? I have a prickly, burning, deep itching on my upper arms that started about 1 month after a deep sunburn. If I touch it, the itching becomes relentless and VERY uncomfortable. I have used cortizone cream, fungal cream, Vicks (as per suggestion on Internet), aloe; but the itching continues. There are also skin-colored bumps that have appeared. I took half a bactrim 3 hours ago. Can I change to doxycycline now? I have a rash on my hands. My dog was itching yesterday and I gave it an oatmeal bath but i did not wear gloves. Antibiotics will not do anything to help with an allergic rash, you'd need some type of antihistamine or steroid to treat that. Have you consulted your doctor? I have had a rash on my lower legs for two months. The rash has now on my back and bottom. I have tried everything I can think of to stop the itching. Thyroid removed 5 yrs.ago Prescribed Levothyroxine,Cozaar and Beloc. This is similar to benadryl or vistaril. It's an older drug and been around a long time like benadryl. It will make u sleepy. It won't cure scabies but it'll help u not to scratch the bumps.
