I moved from Ft. Lauderdale to Boca Raton and need a closer pain doctor! I am on morphine, hydrocodone, adderall, and flexaril. I found some white pills. Oblong, the number 5 on one side, the other side is scored down the middle. The letters BP on half and the numbers 648 on the other half. My house is a disaster right now as we are in the middle of spring cleaning, and I can't find my PDR! I was given a Lortab with a 10 on one side and on the other side a BP or 8? divided in the middle and 643 on the other side. CVS gave me these and just one made me sick.
