Can you tell me is there an over the counter medication that looks like oxycodone 30 milligram round blue pill. ## @Lady D, Unless you have an amazing counterfeit, to my knowledge there are no other pills on the market that not only look-a-like, but also carry the same imprint. Any medical professional or someone well aware of what they're taking isn't going to be fooled by an impostor like that. the pill has a D-10 imprint on one side but nothing on the other.......it is blue and when i look it up in pill identifier it says there is nothing with exact match but the closest thing is diazepam......that is what i was told that it was but now i am not so sure....i think maybe they are just old....or bought over the computer. I have a round blue pill with an imprint that looks like a backwards "j" / umbrella. I found this 4 pills and don't remember how or for what reason I have them but before I discard them I would like to know its use for. Thank you ## From what I have found, this seems to be an over the counter product that contains Acetaminophen and Diphenhydramine, it's a generic or store brand of Tylenol PM. Found a blue / greenish round pill with EL 124. What is it? ## What is a blue pill with EL 124? ## As of writing this, we're probably talking about one of the following: 1. An over the counter medication 2. A drug manufactured outside the United States 3. A drug which has long been discontinued 4. A drug that has been rebranded and had the color or imprint change I say that because the FDA / NIH aren't publishing anything that relates to this specific color and imprint combination.
