This is a light blue oval pill. on one side it has the number 58 and then line for breaking and then the number 75. On the reverse side it has like a fancy V ## Sounds like a vicodin to me... fancy V? hope i helped

I found a large capsule shaped blue tab with a cursive V on one side and the numbers 58/12 on other. Is it vicodin? ## It is actually 750 mg Salsalate; Also a pain reliever but a completely different chemical.
