Generic omeprazole by Dr Reddy and Mylan worked fine for me. Sandoz omeprazole gave me a chronic sore throat. ## we purchased 40 mg omeprazole from CVS pharmacy. the blue bottle had a Mylan logo and a microdisplay pill picture of blue/green tablet with 5222 on the label. inside the bottle was a tan/white capsule marked "OME 40". This is a Sandoz mark for omeprazole.
