Blue Capsule Omeprazole

The capsule is green on one side, blue on the other and contains 40 mgs of Omeprazole. I have been taking it for two weeks and just this weekend started experiencing back pain, groin pain and have a great deal of gas. Took one about 1 hour ago and my back is killing me and I am passing gas terribly. I am not taking any more of these pills. ## The one with the Mylan 5222 marking on both halves? Is Glenmark omperazole gluten free? I received this recently from my pharmacy and I am a celiac and have had symptoms ever since. I have a pink/blue capsule with G232 G on it. I think it is Prilosec, not sure. Everything I have found gives a different color. ## Glenmark Generics lists this capsule as being orange and purple, they say it contains 40mgs of Omeprazole in a time released formulation. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, flatulence, and stomach pain. Colors can be subjective, though. Have you tried having someone else give their opinion? ## I have pink/light blue and peach-pink/purple capsules, and both say G232 G. Any idea what they are and what they're used for?

Generic omeprazole by Dr Reddy and Mylan worked fine for me. Sandoz omeprazole gave me a chronic sore throat. ## we purchased 40 mg omeprazole from CVS pharmacy. the blue bottle had a Mylan logo and a microdisplay pill picture of blue/green tablet with 5222 on the label. inside the bottle was a tan/white capsule marked "OME 40". This is a Sandoz mark for omeprazole. These pills were ineffective and sore throat with esphogeal effects unchanged. later real 40 mg Mylan 5222 from Rite Aid worked perfectly. what are literature citations regarding CVS practice and quality for the Sandoz product. I found capsules half orange half blue with the letter O written on the blue and 20 written on the orange, is it possible to find out what they are, I am concerned as they were in my daughters bedroom, thankyou ## They are omeprazole. I have never had omeprazole 20 mg in this color (light blue) and says 321 on it. I want to make sure this is the right pill?

I originally had these tablets prescribed to me last month and they where all bright yellow in colour and ive just got a new set and they are blue and orange capsules. Just wondering if there is any difference between the two..?

these pills are a very light blue and about 7mm in diameter. I found these in a bottle marked "omeprazole magnesium" manufactured by CVS, but the bottle describes the contents as containing capsules, which these are not.
