Can they give a false positive in a UA? ## If you take a black jack energy pill from the gas station, can they give a false reading on a drug test? ## No. Not unless the drug you are testing for is caffeine. They are basically anhydrous caffeine. Its actually like drinking 2 cups of coffee tops.
