My pharm just switched to the Rhodes 10/325 and I might as well be taking aspirin, except it makes me itch so bad and causes headaches and the sweats. I love the quailtest or the endo. I am calling my pharm in the morning to complain and see if they will be getting something else in. If not I'll be calling local pharms to find something else. I hate these. ## I agree 100 percent. I just picked up my prescription from a mom n pop pharmacy. Seems like every other month they have a different manufacturer. Trust me I know - they buy the cheapest brand lot available at the time. But these new ones I just got are horrible. They're produced by Lupin Pharmaceuticals. They are blue in color and HARD as a rock!!! When I visit the website they keep comparing themselves to Mallinckrodt. I used to get Mallinckrodt before I switched to the new pharmacy and they were by far the best. how much does a 30 mg oxycodone cost per pill at cvs pharmacy ## The cost of any particular medication may vary based on a wide variety of circumstances, including but not limited to one's location, the presence of insurance, an Rx Savings Card, being enrolled in patient assistance programs, choosing a specific manufacturer's brand or generic version, supply and demand, etc, etc... So I think in order for you to get the most accurate answer to your question, a visit to your local CVS may be the best option. Thanks for your input. ## Hi Annie, I have not tried the Alvogen brand specifically, but according to other related threads on here, Endo Pharmaceuticals is touted as having one of the best working Percocet tablets by comparison. My theory is that one or more of the binders/fillers that Alvogen tabs are composed of aren't able to sufficiently metabolize in our body, thus leaving part of the active ingredient(s) lying dormant within. Hello everyone, I'm trying to find out what manufacturer makes the best (as in best pain relief) 8 mg hydrocodone. I've been taking 8 mg Mallinckrodt hydrocodone since December 2017. I take the medication for breakthrough neuropathic pain (I also have intrathecal pump w/ hydromorphone). Prior to Dec. 2017, I was taking Actavis brand 30 mg oxycodone but getting only minimal pain relief which is why my doctor switched to the hydrocodone. I had tried a few different brands of oxycodone but in the end, stuck with Actavis as it was MUCH better than the others. I have found that there is a manufacturer shortage in the area for oxycodone and I am unable to fill my Rx for the 15mg. pills. I am supposed to take 4 a day. Yes there is a big difference in the manufacturers of these pills. The white, round, WATSON 925s seem to work best as far as pain relief and "highness".
