I FOUND A SMALL BEIGEISH PINK PILL OVAL IN SHAPE WITH THE MARKINS G22 ON ONE SIDE AND 500 ON OTHER. CAN U TELL ME WHAT IT IS PLEASE. ## Is the marking possibly G 32 500? If so, the tablet contains 500mgs of Naproxen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever and swelling, this is a prescription dosage.
