If so, the tablet contains 500mgs of Naproxen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever and swelling, this is a prescription dosage. Trying to identify a tablet which I have. It is white and oblong with the imprint NL / 276. ## I am also trying to ID a pill. It is a beige oval pill G22 on one side and 500 on the other. ## Reese Pharmaceutical Company lists the tablet with the NL 276 marking as containing 20mgs of Dextromethorphan, and 400mgs of Guaifenesin, it is most commonly used to treat cold symptoms.
