Baby Aspirin

I bought at Costco Myrtle Beach Aspirin 81mg... I would like to know if they are like Baby aspirin. Thank you for answering me. ## Regular Aspirin differs from Baby Aspirin, in that Baby Aspirin is about 25% of the standard 325mg dose. Baby Aspirin generally comes in the 81mg dose with artificial flavoring (and may be in a chewable form). The low 81mg dose can also be purchased for the adult (regular) Aspirin pills as well; but isn't a chewable. It is really a matter of preference when it comes to deciding between the two. I take 5mg Crestor and 81 mg baby aspirin together at NIGHT before bed and take 1400 mg fish oil in the morning. My doctor prescribed metoprolol for high blood pressure (to cut in half the 25 mg to see how my blood pressure will be). Can I take it with the Crestor and baby aspirin in the evening before bed? ## Yes, you can take them all, as long as your doctor approves. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension. Is there anything else I can help with?

Am 78 and had 2 stents put in 6-1/2 years ago. Taking Plavix 75 mg and aspirin 81 mg. Gradually have seen darkening of skin on the ankles. /seems micro hemorrhaging under the skin. Does any one know if the could be a side effect of taking these drug? ## Yes, it certainly could be due to blood thinning that these medications are causing, according to NIH reports, they can also cause easy bruising as a side effect. Why are you taking both, since they essentially do that same thing, though? Are you on any other medications? Did your doctor instruct you to take both?

i hav completed my 7weeks of pregnancy and when i went for my u/s scan,doctor told me dat it showing only 5weeks gestation.i dont hav any other problems.she prescribed me aspirin 81mg for 2 weeks and follow up for scan after 2 weeks.i hav already taken 2 doses of aspirin.does it affect my baby?is this safe? ## Aspirin is generally safe taken during the first 6 months of pregnancy and is often given because of its blood thinning properties. Is it safe to take occassional Aspirin if on Coversyl Plus for HBP 4mg and also on 100 mg Rilutek daily for ALS? ## Coversyl Plus contains the active ingredient Perindopril and it shouldn't be used with Aspirin, because the Aspirin can attenuate the vasodilator and hpotensive effects of the Perindopril and could result in your blood pressure dropping to dangerously low levels. I'm pregnant and have a neck condition which requires oxycodone hcl 10mg 4x per day. Now my doctor has said I should stop taking aspirin because there is a small amount of bleeding. Hello. I am 33 weeks pregnant. Dr prescribed me to take loprin 75mg till week 36. Now the thing is that i have no more loprin left so switched to disperssible low dose aspirin 75mg. it is 93 on front 1918 on back (approx baby aspirin size) orange/ peach in color believe it to possibly be a seroquel or generic but am not able to find I keep running into a lot of sites telling me I am reading it wrong I am not can clearly read with magnifying glass again 93 1918 ## Oh, I fully believe you're reading it right, but I think you're looking at the one side upside down. The marking is actually 93 8161 and this tablet contains 25mgs of Quetiapine, the active ingredient in Seroquel, which is most commonly used to treat bipolar disorder. I have .25mg. But they taste like baby aspirin. ## Hello, According to several comments I'm seeing regarding its taste, alprazolam is frequently described as being very "bitter". However I think a lot of the taste attributes you find in a pill may vary depending upon the types of binders/fillers used throughout different manufacturers as well. Having said that, if you're trying to identify a pill based on taste alone, it seems to me like it would also be a good idea to have it analyzed by a lab just to be on the safe side. not shiny ## I have found a small green caplet size pill, (size of baby aspirin) and on one side has imprint of US and on the other side has 017. It is a medium green in color and is a dull finish. I believe it is a supplement as I cannot find it by using the codes on each side in the Pill Finder for pharmaceutical use. Does anyone know what this pill is???
