I have had adderall 20ml,I take 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon that were round and pink. Then they gave me the oval orange 20ml same dose .I can tell the difference it's not as good and does not keep me focus . can someone tell me if there is a difference... ## Yes, there can be fluctuations in generic medications.
