I found a few in my medicine cabinet when cleaning, label unreadable. ## I found a few oval white tablets labeled AZ345 on one side, and scored on the other. I was thinking they may possibly be pain medicine from an injury i had a year ago? Help please. ## From what we've been able to find, this is a product called Mucus Relief DM, it's a cold remedy that contains 20mgs of Dextromethorphan and 400mgs of Guaifenensin. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, nervousness and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with?

Where was it found? If it's an over the counter product, some of them are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down.
