On June 16, 2011 i met with an roadaccident and i was been operated for Post Accetabular Posterior Wall Facture and surgery with regular visits to doctor and x-ray we found the operation is done well and when we took CT Scan we found the Femur Head is in the early stage of Avascular Necrosis. sir i am 50 years old.my SGPT is 77. doctor suggrst me to take nusam 200. what's its side effect? im sufferd from fatty liver ## i am a 30 years old lady having a problem of avascular nacrosis on my right hip. after getting pain i visited to the doctor and he suggested me for nusam 200. is there any side effect? ## Nusam is just a supplement, it's S-Adenosyl Methionine. It really doesn't have any proven medical use, other than that it's known to help with the pain from osteoarthritis. Thus, it's uncertain whether or not it will help with either of the mentioned conditions. If your doctor told you to take it, there shouldn't be any harm in trying it, but there's not guarantee that it will work to help you. Is there anything else I can help with?
