alapha lipoic acid, selenium and Silybum marianum auoimmune hepatitis

Has anyone tried ala,selenium and milk thistle for autoimmune and/or liver disease. ## Help, Michelle! How are you? There are really just supplements, so they aren't actually proven to help with anything. Are you currently on any medications?

Autoimmune hepatitis

I've been taking (1) Prednisone 5mg and (2) Ursofalk-ursodeoxycholic acid capsules (250 mg x2). Other than stabilized liver readings what else can I expect? It's not a cure? Thanks.
