Is Atorvastatin 20mg used to treat calcium as well as cholesterol levels? ## I'm a 43 year old man and boy i started to have all kinds of issues when i turned 40. I have been taking atorvastatin 20mg and metfomin for the last 3 weeks. I feel some sort of dizziness almost every day. but not severe. Also I like to eat some grape fruit m maybe 3 - 5 full fruit . I have seen many articles on net say grape fruit will interact with atorvastatin when taken in juice form more than 1 liter a day. I dont know how to determine on this intake. I jst like to eat some grape fruits only. Can you please advise..

I was wondering if it was ok to take those 3 meds at the same time? Lisinopril 10mg, Amlodipine 10mg, and Atorvastatin 20mg? ## They can be taken together, as long as your doctor approves. I had a stroke 5 months back, paralyzing my right side. I am now taking Storvas 20mg and undergoing regular physiotherapy. However, now I have shoulder pain, I cant lift up my right arm because of pain in my muscle and the accompanying joint pain. My doctor says I have to take this medication for the rest of my life. I am a 67 year old woman. Please advise. ## Storvas contains the active ingredient Atorvastatin, it's used to help lower cholesterol and it can cause muscle/joint pain as side effects.
