I got prescribed this medication Fluconazole 100MG for three days. I took the first one at 250 but on the second day i forgot to take it at the same time but i still took it. And today was my last day and i took it around the time I was suppose to (around the same time i took the first one). Will it effect my results??? ## Hi, Jessica! How are you? No, there shouldn't be any problem, though you should check with your doctor or pharmacist to be certain. However, Fluconazole is actually active in your body for several days, after taking it, so the dosing intervals don't actually have to be precise. Learn more Fluconazole details here.

Hi, two questions, can yeast in baked items grow back a yeast infection that is being treated? And two, i have been having recurrent yeast infections around the time of my period, i was treated with 300 mg of Apo-fluconazole for a day and i have a dose of 100 mg for the next two months, will this treat it permanently? any suggestions what to take? ## Please give ur suggestions ## No, the yeast in baked items is dead, as they have been baked and it is not a live culture. While the medication may get rid of the current infection permanently, it is always possible for you to catch another yeast infection. You may want to research how to help prevent them from occurring. Learn more Fluconazole details here. Are there any other questions I can help with? ## I would like to know how a person ...

my mother was taking this tab FLUCESS what is it used for-she eventaully passed away one month ago and has more in the cupboard-can you tell me what it was used for and now if i should discard it or maybe any other family member can use it-please advise me-i was not around when she died--an early reply would be appreciated-thank you-please donot charge me ## Flucess contains the active ingredient Fluconazole, it is primary used to treat fungal infections, such as vaginal yeast infections. I am not sure what the regulations are there for the proper disposal of medications, or if you can give them to another family member. I'd suggest checking with a pharmacist/chemist. Is there anything else I can help with?
