Arbitel H Side Effects

I'm taking Arbitel 40 H and would like to know if there are any side effects? ## All medications carry the risk of causing side effects. The NIH lists the typical ones for this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension. Which ones are you experiencing? Are you on any other medications?

I was asked to switch over from Arbitel 40 to Ranozex.Ever since then I am having severe constipation.I have a doubt whether it is the side effect of Ranozex ## Ranozex contains the active ingredient Ranolazine, it is most commonly used to treat angina and yes, constipation is a very common side effect of this medication.
