i'm on mrdication mentionned above having pneumonia- with pain in shoulder blade, can i take tylenol extra strenght also? also?

when a person is on this antibiotc for lung infection and has pain in L shoulder blade should you take tylenol extra strenth ## I have anal itching. So,I bought anusol cream. I have two kind of medicines.Can I get Apo-cefuroxime OR Apo-cephalex? ## i have a bladder infection and am taking apo-cefuroxine 500 mg. i have 2 pills left and still feel my infection. i have taken them as prescribed.
