Apo 500 Orange Pill

Orange hard capsule shaped, says APO 500 on one side, nothing on the other side. I know it came from Canada. I think its an antibiotic but I don't know for sure. fairly big round orange coated pill (white inside) that says apo 400 on it ## The only match I am finding is described as pink by the manufacturer, but colors are subjective, it is coated and white inside. It contains 400mgs of Pentoxifylline, a generic for Trental, it is an anticoagulant from Canada. Cephalexin 500mg caps nov didn't upset my stomach the way apo cephalexin 500mg (orange tablet) does. What is difference and are both as effective? ## They are the same medication, in the same dosage, just manufactured by different companies, so they are both equally effective.
