Took it for the first time today and my heart rate is about 115 per minute. Is this a side effect? or should I discontinue the use?

sir i am having fever and cough, doctor prescribed me azithral 500, calpol 500, levocet and a cough syrup. What i want to know is about this antibiotics. Does it help in killing the viruses or it'll only supress it. I was given levaquin 500 mg for liking pneumonia took 7 of the 10 pills when my real doctor returned. He called and suggested I come in, he performed tests said pneumonia was gone.
