I AM TAKING ARTHREXIN TABLETS FOR LOWER BACK PAIN FOR THE LAST 13 YEARS BUT AFTER A STROKE [12/11/14] I WAS TOLD TO STOP TAKING IT. HOWEVER THE LOWER BACK PAIN STARTED AGAIN.... CAN I TAKE ANTI-INFLAMMATORY MEDS [ARTHREXIN] TOGETHER WITH ALL THE MEDS FOR HBP AND CHOLESTEROL [LIKE STATINS]? ## My husband has always taken Arthrexin for his joint pains. it's blue, has the code l910 ## I can't find a listing for this marking, but most tablets that have an L followed by additional numbers are over the counter items. That said, it may be Naproxen, a generic for Aleve, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. Does this sound correct?

pain med starts with the letter a and is mild dont have the harsh side effects as other pain meds do ## Do you have any other information on it, such as it's classification? Is it a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, are narcotic, a Cox-2 Inhibitor? That would really help to narrow it down. ## New pain medicine that is in same class as Ultram. It is under lock and key at pharmacy. It is a type of 'agonist' med? I learned of it in Chronic pain management clinic. Forgot it's name.

This tablet contains 500mgs of Diflunisal, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. The trade name for it is Dolobid. Learn more Dolobid details here. This tablet contains 500mgs of Naproxen Sodium, a generic for Naprosyn, this is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. ## So it can be used as a pain reliever for menstral cramps tho. I drink coffee and have been placed on Meloxicam and wonder if I should continue to drink coffee while on the medication? ## Hello, Larry! How are you? As long as your doctor approves, but it may cause more stomach side effects than you would have if you weren't drinking coffee. Diagnosed triple negative inflammatory breast cancer 9-17-12. Been taking 2 antidepressants since the 80s. No one looked at my meds before putting in my port or starting 18 chemos. I have been on Meloxicam 15mg for about 2 weeks for neck and shoulder pain, believed to be caused from arthritis. It has helped alot compared to the pain I was in before I started it. I just wanted to know if it is habit forming? I take the Meloxicam in the evening but I take Lasix in the morning, is this ok that these are both taken but at different times?
