Is Hydrocodone Apap 10/325 good for pain? ## That would be the narcotic Hydrocodone, and 10mgs is the most you can get these in, and Acetaminophen 325mgs, A narcotic analgesic. The APAP is just doc and pharmacy speak for Acetaminophen, sometimes these are prescribed to have the Aceta help with pain and inflammation, otherwise, it pretty much just helps them keep the drug on a prescription controlled substance schedule III or IV.
