Amitryn 25 Tablet

Tab Amitryn 2.5mg is prescribed along with anti epileptic drugs. Hence I wish to know the rsaon for introducing this drug and its side effects. ## This contains the active ingredient Amitriptyline, this is a tricyclic antidepressant. I can't find anything about it being used for seizures or epilepsy. The only thing I can think of that makes sense is that it may have been given to try to combat the side effects of some of the other medications. I started forgetting many thing after having topamac 25 mg, amitryn 25mg an naxdom 500mg for migraine. is this due to this medicine or something else? ## Hello, Newbei! How are you? It is most likely due to the Topamax, seizure medications are well known to cause memory impairment, along with mood swings, dizziness and drowsiness. I am suffering from Migraine for last 20 years. My current medicines are Topamac 100 mg twice a day, Gabatin 300mg twice a day and Amitryn 25mg. What are my possible side effects for the future?
