My same problem highlighted on declofenac forum. some seem to suffer stomach upsets from Ameprazole. the very symptom I'm using it to avoid. So, now I don't know which drug the faint tummy pain is caused by!? Is it DF or AMP or both??? ## Hello, Gus! How are you? When did the stomach issue start? Taken 50mg/day for 2 years with 20mg ameprozol. Last 2 months suffered the faintest tummy ache but it is persistent. Advised to take 40mg Ameprazol by one doctor and to replace with codeine by another. On either paracetamol or codeine after 4 days without diclofenac severe pain and joint stiffness returns. If if you have gastritis, you'll need to take the Omeprazole for several months, in order for it to heal and you'll need to stay away from spicy foods, alcohol and the Dicl...
