There is both regular and time release formulations available of Alprazolam, the generic for Xanax. It is possible that your pills are exactly the same, or one may be time released and the other regular, since this is made by several different companies. The green verses the blue .1mg has to have a difference in strength. Ive taken the blue ones for many yrs due to very high anxiety. People that say thats impossible may be the crazy ones bc there is a diff. A friend of mine has blue oval pills that are in a blistered pack, listed as alprazolam 0.25 mg. I take the same medicine, but mine are white. Can this be the same medicine? Mine white 1mg arrive in blister packs with the name Tranex-1.on the packs. They are oval and can be split. Package comes from India. I can sometimes take 6 a day to feel affects of just 2 of the blue 1mg ## Is there anyone that receives the xanax( they call it alprazolam) in a blister pack wiht the words Tranez-1 and are white oval shaped? ## It's listed as being a foreign name brand for Alprazolam, but ordering from a foreign source means that there's really no way to be certain that it is actually what you've received. Does Alprazolam come in the color green? They are round and little with no marking on either side. The one with the S 902 marking is made by Dava Pharmaceuticals and they do list it as containing 1mg of Alprazolam. I take 1mg (Blue) Alprazolam almost everyday. I always get my prescriptions from the same pharmacy. So I went to get my prescriptions and they told me it was 1 day too early, when I knew it wasn't so I took my prescriptions to another pharmacy that I've used before and they filled them with 1mg (Yellow) Alprazolam. My question is had anyone ever noticed a difference between these two medications that are Supposed to be the same???
