All Generic Bars

I just found out that Actavis was bought out by Watson! Fist they were PurePac then Actavis (yellow bars) and they were the a 10 on a scale of 1-10. All benzos as most of you probably know that are made by Watson are terrible. My pharmacy special orders Actavis Clonazepam for me and I asked for them to do the same but they called me back and said her computer said Actavis but she was sent Watson. Its also all over the net. I wonder if this means out beloved and most potent clonazepam and alprazolam will be Watson when they run out. Ivax was bought by Teva and now the script bottle says Ivax but the pills say Teva. The bottle and pill used to say Ivax and the Ivax were faster and longer acting and much stronger. This is not good news for people who know the truth about generics... ## I m...

I got these generic xanax 2mg bars with 11 on them - do they work like real xanax? ## Generic Alprazolam is technically "the real deal" before they gave the drug a brand name called Xanax. Being that they are made of the same active ingredient, I would imagine that they work just as they are intended to work for anti-anxiety purposes. The major differences in peoples reaction to the drug are largely due to different body chemistry and different inactive ingredients in each brand of Alprazolam. That aside, no one can really honestly tell you how this drug is going to affect you, as they are not you. Need help on possibly fake xanax bars, they are exact duplicates of the yellow P 039 but they are light green in color. The medication is the same. I haven't been given the s 90 3 green 2 mg bars in quite a while, and they are much smaller than when I last received them a couple years back. I think they have been referred to as "school buses" but these are more like the size of a normal white 2mg bar. They still have the 3 lines scored but they are not as deep and numbers are not as deep as well. How do the white round alprazolam 2mg compare to the white xanax 2mg bars? My doctor told me generic brands can be up to 30% weaker or 30% stronger. Also the yellow 2mg aprazolam bars. How do these 3 rank in potency or whatever? ## Your doctor is right, on all except the percentage, the allowable difference by the FDA is plus or minus 20%, not 30. They consider this an acceptable therapeutic window. As to how any compare to the name brand, you are not going to get any information from just providing the color, since they don't actually mean anything and doesn't tell anyone who the manufacturer is. However, I assume you're talking about Alprazolam/Xanax tablets and that means there are two possibilities. The first would be that, since it is available as a generic, it might just be that the tablets are manufactured by different companies. The other possibility is that one of them may be the time released formulation, Xanax XR. The shapes don't actually mean anything, that's something that's entirely up to the whit and whim of the manufacturer. Do you know the markings on the tablets in question, or the manufacturers?

OK, so I have some red xanax bars. They are a light red color and they are a round shape. Is there any particular reason you need the 2 mg bar? ## If you want i'll describe the differences in the bars.... there is no double dose.... just name brand legit 2mg, and generics which sacrifice some strength. The x|ana|x with the 2 on the back are the only legit and potent 2mg bars around.

For your own verification, these particular bars are reported to be approximately 14.00 mm in size and should carry a National Drug Code of 00228-2039. Now I will preface this post by saying that this is IMO, and not based on any actual testing, but my own empirical data and experience. The yellow "School-Buses", of generic 2mg Xanax, formerly made my Actavis/Purepac Pharmaceuticals ... Now that Actavis has been bought out by Teva, the bars may look the same, but 2 whole Actavis/Teva bars is equal to a quarter (4mg/Teva=.25mg) of of Greenstone LLC. ## Whatever you do, don't share this perceived knowledge with your prescriber ## Why do you say that?

Are there ANY pharmaceutical companies that make Alprazolam that look exactly like the real thing-scored on both sides,but no #'s or letters? ## These are almost oval in shape and have no markings but where you can split the pill in 2, they are green and honestly i ate one and felt nothing. they had the taste but no effect. I took these 2mg Alprazolam bars, like a lot of you said- the generic for Xanax. I have taken generics for tons of meds over the yrs & I've never had this happen. But, I swear I had other people at the pharmacy say the white 2mg Alprazolams do NOT work well. I was on half the dose b 4, getting the 1mg "footballs" (people call em that) and I swear 1 of the 1mg Alprazolams worked WAY better for me. I've also hears if you get the 2mg bars, ask them for the green or yellow. They've worked much better than the white bars. Good luck. When I got them from a family owned pharmacy the bars were very pale. They had the imprint R039 stamped. When I took them one it instantly dissolved in my mouth. I tasted the xanax which was a mild xanax taste. Do private pharmacies order online? ## When you ask do they order online, yes many do from their wholesaler. Then UPS or another carrier brings it to them. What you describe sounds almost normal although Xanax shouldn't be mild, it is wildly bitter. ## I have to get generic.
