My father is a 78 year old CAD patient for the last 10 years. He also became a diabetic last year. Last week he was diagnosed as having TB as well. A couple of days ago, he could not urinate. Prostrate was found to be moderately enlarged earlier. Now he is on catheter for the last 2 days. He is taking Cardivas 3.125, Cardace 2.5, Flavedon MR, Rosave 20, Deplatt A 75, AKT 4, Rantac 150, Urimax, and Aldactone (25). Are these medicines appropriate or should I stop any of these medicines.

What and how long we can use this n side effect of tab. ## I was advised Ctd.6.25 once daily bymy Doctor in Mumbai due to swelling in feet and lower legs in April this year. As swelling persisted with a little improvement I was advised to increase dose to 2 tabs of this medicine daily in 1st week of August which I am still continuing. The Swelling has gone down by 100% early morning but increases by 20/25% during the day. I also take 1.Rivaroxaban 15mg Once; 2.Dilzem SR twice; 3.Zilsar 40 once night time; 4.Aldactone once; Omez 20 once. Please advise further course of action. Thanks.

Round and White, had GG on top on line and 85 under. Nothing on back. ## Found In House, don't know what it is. ## it may be aldactone, i also have GG over a scored white pill with 85 on the bottom, i picked them up at a different pharmacy and put them in the same bottle as my aldactone [which says it all to me] ## Whims is correct, this tablet contains 25mgs of Spironolactone, a generic for Aldactone. Hi, my mother has High BP. It was 140/90 for the past few years.. But for the last one month it has gone up to (150-160)/(100-110). She is 49 years old. She is using Concor 2.5mg, Ln block 10 (twice a day) and Aldactone 25 mg. But still the BP is at the same level. She even consulted a cardiologist but everything is normal. Please suggest what can be done to reduce the BP. Can someone suggest any dietary changes or any medications that can reduce the BP? ## Hello, Srao! How is your mother doing? Found a round white pill, it has an M on top of 146. Please hep me ID this pill. ## Im looking up this one also...all i can say is..Ggood Luck!!....lol. cuz i havent found nothing about it.. ## This is a generic Mylan brand pill called spironolact (25mg) it is a potassium-sparing diuretic (water pill) that prevents your body from absorbing too much salt and keeps your potassium levels from getting too low used for treatment of high blood pressure. ## immichael is correct on the id, he just spelled the name of the med wrong, it is called Spironolactone. I have been prescribe with Aspirin Delayed Release Tablet USP Namely ECOSPRIN-150.
