Are they actually tramadol? ## Hello downtown, What I would need to know in order to verify your pills is the imprint/marking on the capsules themselves. Anyone could theoretically just put a bunch of pills inside of a container so without knowing the capsule description I can't do much for you. I filled a prescription of Tramadol from Mexico & the brand is Adiolol 100 mg capsules. There are no markings on the capsules & they're white. Anyone know if these are legitimate? Just concerned about the reliability. ## Unfortunately, there is no way to be sure, that is the hazard of filling a prescription in a foreign country. Their medications are not as strictly regulated as those under the auspices of the FDA. If you received it from a legitimate pharmacy, with a good reputation there, then most likely they are real, but there's no way to be certain, unless you would have them tested by a lab.
