I have been taking Adderall IR 30mg twice a day for years. In the past, I've noticed that some generics seemed to work better than others but it wasn't anything I couldn't live with. On Friday, my pharmacy filled my RX with a generic I had not seen before. I noticed on Sat that I wasn't feeling well. I felt very fatigued, tired, no energy. On Sunday, it was worse. Then today it was impossible! I felt like I had taken a sleeping pill. I could not stay awake! I fell asleep, wherever and whenever I became still. I fell asleep, three times, at my kitchen counter. Does anyone know the color of the beads that are instant release in the Shire 30 mg. I am trying to find this out because the long acting beads stay active to long preventing sleep and the Shire Brand is the only decent Adderall. I believe the two colors are white and a orange lookin beige. It would be pain staking to separate them but worth getting the 15 mg IR out of the 30. ## It would actually be much easier and safer to ask your doctor to prescribe the regular release formulation. Hi, I've been taking half a 15mg oxycodone every morning around 9am. I don't like how a whole one makes me feel and I can still function with only a half. I usually take 1 whole 10/325 norco at that time but I'm out of them so I'm stuck taking the oxycodone. For the past 4 days I've been taking 1 daily 30mg adderall tablets(instant release) about 2 hours after taking the oxycodone half. I noticed The last time I had this dispensed, that the marking -30- on 13 out of 60 tablets were upside down relative to the front of the tablet. I have never noticed this before, and I also noticed a complete lack of efficacy. I take this for narcolepsy. The date it was dispensed was December 4, 2020. ## There is no specific way the marking has to be, it is solely dependent on how the pills fell into the press at that particular manufacturing facility. Most of the post I'm reading are blasting the teva generic. I have tried core pharma's 30mg round pink tablets, and yes the ingredients are different between the two manufacturers, teva and core pharma. I've taken ADD medicine for six years and can tell you they are different. If it's hard for you to get up and get your day started try core pharma. If your up and in a slump and it's around 4pm take teva and you'll notice exactly what your supposed to notice. Teva is pure relaxation and focus where core pharma is harsh and cortisol inducing. Hi, does anyone know of any doctors in New Orleans that will prescribe Adderall IR 30mg? I used to get it when I lived in Manhattan, NYC from my regular physician. Since moving out here to NOLA, the doctors treat everyone like a drug addict making it very hard for people like me who aren't drug addicts and actually need the medication. Does taking 15mg adderall twice a day equal out to 30 IR the whole day or is it 15 mg due to spreading out during the day? ## It equals 30mg total for that 24 hour period. Kind of confused by your question. Whatever you have taken (total) over a 24 hour period is how much you've taken "a day". (Large football shaped, orange, sweet tasting & 30mg.) They worked great!!!! I have been on adderall 8 years. I'm 29 2 kids. My dosage is at 60 mg. 30mg ir 2 x daily I actually took 1.5 months off it and learned just how unmanageable my adhd / add is with out it. I tried starters and Wellbutrin during that time both which had neg side effects and just got back on adderall 10/30. Corpharma 30 pink tabs are what I got. I have a prescription for 20 mg Adderall IR and my generic options are Aurobindo, Teva or Sandoz. Which one of these would you recommend? I've read posts that say Aurobindo is the worst but seems to be the one most pharmacies are pushing (or stock) right now. My script is for 90 pills so I can try 20 mg a day or cut one in half and try 30mg/day to find what works best for me. I'd appreciate any feedback.
