Why mix amphetamine & dextroamphetamine as ingredients? ## According to Standford Medicine, Adderall's duration of action lasts for around 6 hours. They go on to state that the extended release version lasts for 10-12 hours. Source: stanford.edu/medications/adderall.html Additionally, Adderall's peak effects reportedly take place within 1-3 hours - but I'd imagine this figure would vary for each individual. As to your second question, I don't know why they would mix the two different types of amphetamine salts. I can only speculate that each one picks up where the other falls short in some pharmacological aspects. Hope this helps!

Need to know the bead color of the 3061 capsule ## @jake, I'm not sure about "R 3061", but "R 3060" contains WHITE beads and is the 20mg extended release version from the same manufacturer (Actavis)... So odds are that the 30mg 3061 capsule may have the same color beads as the dosage below it. The only differentiating factors I'm aware of are the imprints and the capsule color itself. However I've also heard about Adderall capsules containing peach colored beads as well as combinations of orange and white together. If you have one why don't you open it up and check? I got the orange pill with E404. It's from Eon Labs (Sandoz) 30mg. I don't feel the effect as I would on the CorePharma. ## This pill is indeed Amphetamine Salts 30 mg (NDC 0185-0864). I'm going to my doctor Tomorrow to tell him I can't get my adderall 20mg filled anywhere in our are. I have called every day pharmacy within 20 miles, I'm told good luck. I don't know what he will give me and I don't really know what to except.. any FEEDBACK would have great. I have been on 20 mg amphetamine salts 4 x a day for over 3 yrs. I think I need my dose increased to 30 mg 4 x day . I've been wanting to discuss this with my doctor for a while now but something else is always wrong and I've been forgetting everything again if I don't write it down!! I wouldn't encourage anyone to take something that hasn't been identified, let alone bearing no markings to even try and attempt to justify its identity. While I understand that you got it filled from a "pharmacy" in Mexico, only a drug panel or GCMS analysis would be able to verify its contents.
