This is a combination of a narcotic anagesic containing 15 mg of dihydrocodeine, 325 mg of acetaminophen (APAP) and 50 mg of caffeine. Dyhydrocodeine is about one to two times more potent as Codeine, but it is not as potent as Hydrocodone. A typical does of 30 mg of dihydrocodeine is about equal to 45-60 mg of Codeine. Duhydrocodeine is both a Schedule II controlled substance by itself and a Schedule III controlled substance when compounded with APAP or Asprin (ASA).
