My mom is 68 yrs old and she has constant pain in her joints for this she is taking paracetamol and aceclophenac combination for near about 6 month .is it ok to take it for lifelong or she has to better stop it as she doesn't feel good if she miss one tablet also ## Very sorry about the pain your mother is suffering from. I am a 35 yr old healthy man. A few days ago I began experiencing pain in the center of my chest where my ribs are. I have consulted with my doctor and he gave me a combination of Acelofenac and Thiocolchicoside. Should it be taken together or not? ## You should take the medications as prescribed by your doctor. Chymoral AP has Trypsin Chymotrypsin which should be taken before meals and Aceclofenac and Paracetamol which should be taken after meals. . So please tell me if this drug should be taken before or after meals? ## Actually, unless your doctor says otherwise, they should all be taken after meals, to help avoid the stomach irritation and nausea that they can cause as side effects, according to the NIH.
