The medication, however, is the same. The FDA warns that Diazepam carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, and irritability. ## Has anyone come across accord diazepam in a almus diazepam box in the UK area? Does anyone else have Accord for the manufacturer? And do your pills smell like sulfur/rotten eggs? ## Yes! I just got my 150mg XL refill. the mfr is accord healthcare and they smell like rotten eggs. I'm not taking them. Going to try to get brand name. I didn't have this problem when I took 75mg twice a day. ## Some medications naturally have a smell due to the specific chemicals involved in their ingredients. You don't always smell it, however, because some manufacturers coat their pills to hide the odor. The FDA warns that Bupropion may also cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, mood changes, and dry mouth. Ref: Bupropion Information Is there anything else I can help with?

My husband takes Accord simvastatin 40 but he has been told by Lloyds pharmacist that these are no longer available. Accord are the only ones that do not cause "cramping" in his legs. Have they been withdrawn or are they still available? The present ones he is using are TEVA ,made in Hungary, which cause a "hangover" type headache in the mornings. ## Hi Pamela, I'm having trouble finding any information in regards to Accord Simvastatin being withdrawn from the market. Maybe it just isn't available at that specific pharmacy, have you tried calling other pharmacies in the area to see if they carry it? I'm sorry that the ones from TEVA cause problems, I wish I knew how to help. Has your husband made any changes to his diet or exercise routine to help lower chole...

I have recently learned the companies TEVA and Sandoz have both discontinued manufacturing clonazepam. I’m not the one to hyperfocus on generics, however, the new generic, Accord, is LITERALLY the ONLY Clonazepam generic around my area (at least 10 pharmacies, even the local style pharmacies). Accord is horrid. There’s even a non placebo proof with the blue chalkiness that covers the entire mouth as if it’s the blue ink when stealing bank money. It’s ALL over teeth, it’s worse than blue candy. This occurs if one even attempts to simply let it dissolve in the mouth - at least like I have been doing with all of them previously when I didn’t have a drink with me, or for breakthrough anxiety. I my own opinion, I believe there is a particular reason for su...

I have been taking the generic for Seroquel 400mg, Quetiapine Fumarate, for over a year. It treats my depression, anxiety, and insomnia. Two weeks ago I received a generic made by Accord. That first night I barely slept and my insomnia didn't improve. Also, my symptoms of depression, anxiety, and poor concentration returned. I called the pharmacist but he said I had received the correct medication. I went to my Dr. because I was having a major relapse of symptoms. He suggested I try a generic manufactured by a different company. So, I did, and wouldn't you know, I slept like a baby. This recurrence of symptoms has been difficult. I work for a bank and I can't make mistakes. For the last two weeks, due to poor concentration, I have been making lots of them. I am happy that I ...

Please help with this, i have taken the mylan brand for several years, when the pharmacy could no longer order it they ordered Teva, it immediately gave me pains that seemed to be in my chest....kind of the opposite of what it's supposed to do. So with Mylan being available though only two pharmacies, someone mentioned accord...but what is the difference of fillers. could you simply list all the ingredients for all three brands so if Accord matches Mylan i'm ok? ## Hi Eric, Sorry to hear about your experience with the different makers of Clonazepam. I hope you've gotten around to feeling better since the timing of your post. As far as inactive ingredients are concerned, listed below are the National Drug Codes for each manufacturer's version of Clonazepam. If you click o...

I recently received Teva clonazepam and it worked great. Two weeks ago, I received clonazepam from Accord Pharmaceuticals and it was like a placebo pill. Has anyone taken this medicine By Accord and have you noticed a serious difference with it not helping? I've never had a generic never work before. I don't know what to do. All pharmacies in my area are now going with Accord Pharmaceuticals because it's cheaper. Help with an answer please. ## Hello Stirfry, Sorry to hear about your situation. Unfortunately not all brands of medication work the same for each person. If the Accord brand does not work for you please let your doctor know and see if there is a way that you can get a different brand ordered for you. I would suggest that you give this medication a few days to see ...

I was taking the Accord version of Wellbutrin since last December and doing really well on it. Last month I got the Lupin brand and my anxiety came back over the few weeks I took it knowing I had a different manufacturer. My anxious thoughts I had before meds came back and I got back on the Accord brand six days ago but anxious thoughts are still there. I took the lupin brand all month. Any idea how long before I start feeling well again on my regular brand of Wellbutrin? ## Unfortunately, there is no way to say with any certainty, since we can't know if your symptoms are due to the change in manufacturers, if they are due to your conditioning worsening, or if you have built up a tolerance to your current medication and dosage. The FDA lists the typical side effects of Wellbutrin as...

Who distributes Clonazepam .5mg from Accord Healthcare? I cannot find a pharmacy anywhere in my city that carries it. ## Hello, Anne! How are you? I am very sorry that you're having trouble finding this medication. One idea might be to ask your pharmacy if they can order it in for you. There isn't any one particular distributor that always provides it. It might be carried by any, if it happens to be the one that has the cheapest price, at any given time. What is your nearest large city? That might enable someone to suggest a pharmacy, if they know of one that carries it. This medication carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Does anyone else have any ideas or suggestions? ## I've gone to eve...

Used to take Teva generic Klonopin. Teva has either been bought out by accord or Actavis. Accord is made in China and I have been on it for about 2 months. It does not work at all. I am twisting, convulsing, the pain is unbearable - I swear doctors do not read drug inserts or realize drug recalls. After the first month on Accord I called my doctor and I did not realize they had changed manufacturers. She called in Actavis 1mg and it helped immensely. Second month, went to pharmacist to get my generic Klonopin, told them to give me Actavis, not Accord. They gave me Accord. This stuff is worthless. I took it back to the pharmacist at CVS, told the pharmacist it was doo-doo and I wanted to Actavis. I told him Accord was made in China and they did not follow guidelines. He dismissed me and ...

I've been taking Accord .05mg which I split in half every 2 to 3 hours, for about a month and a half after they stopped making my Sandoz Clonazepam brand. It's okay. It's starting to work somewhat, but I have a problem. Two weeks ago I am not told that Accord is getting harder to keep in stock by my Pharmacy and my insurance plan wanted to switch me to Actavis. YUCK, that stuff is garbage. I took 7 pills, couldn't stand it anymore how it made me feel. I got jumpy, my body itched, it took almost 2 hours to start working, and it never felt quite right. I said no I need to get the Accord again. My question is, is anyone else having this problem with Actavis, or is it just me? And did the Actavis taper down on the itchiness and start to work for those who are new to taking i...

Side Effect Drug interaction Nursing Consideration ## is it disflatyl effective medicine for gases in stomach? ## The active ingredient in this is Dimethicone and that is what it is used for, however, I cannot comment on its effectiveness. Has anyone else used this? ## yea, my uncle takes them. In fact, about 300 tablets a day and I'm not exaggerating. Do they help them with his gas problem? I think 300 tablets a day would stop Mount St. Helen from making gas to be honest. According to the manufacturer, they leave no side effect as they aren't absorbed by the system. They sure cost him money though, do the math... ## There are side effects and if he is taking that many, he is running the risk of causing serious health problems, such as kidney and liver damage. what are the side effects. does it really help in weight loss, hair loss, hypothyroid?? Results happen soon? ## Hello, According to everydayhealth.com, " Iodine Plus-2 is a supplement made of iodine, vitamin B-2, vitamin B-3, and selenium. The thyroid gland converts iodine to the thyroid hormone. In most cases of low thyroid, however, the thyroid gland is not working properly, or the signal from the brain to the thyroid is not working. Iodine is only recommended for an iodine-deficiency hypothyroidism. Most people ingest enough table salt in their daily diet that they do not require iodine supplements. If the thyroid gland is not processing iodine correctly, the extra iodine could build up in the body to unsafe levels. The rest of the ingredients can boost energy, but do not correct...

diclopamine ## I have not seen any information in my research on a substance called Diclopamine and wonder if it may be a misspelling for Dicyclomine or Cyclopamine? Dicyclomine is most commonly known for treating irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) It works by relieving muscle spasms in the G.I. tract by blocking the activity of a certain natural substance in the body. Drug Class: anticholinergics Cyclopamine is a naturally occurring chemical that belongs in the family of steroidal alkaloids. According to NIH.gov, Cyclopamine has both teratogenic and antitumor activities. What is the difference beetween 3605 orange pill and m366 ## Hello, Josh! How are you? According to the prescription drug identification databases, they both contain 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, they are just manufactured by different pharmaceutical companies. It is common for a pharmacy to switch which one they provide you with, depending on who was offering the cheapest price, at the time they needed to restock their supply. The FDA lists this as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
