how I can get very good muscle and gain weight ## Eat a ton of lean meat and starches, and then start lifting. You're going to have to double or triple your calorie intake to see any results. Go for dense stuff like cheesy potatoes and protein shakes with a lot of sugar in them.

Just had gallbladder removed and had papillary stenosis which they perform a sphinctoromy. This illness started at the end of July. Gallbladder out 5 weeks ago. Sphinctoromy 1 week ago. After 10 years of attempting to gain weight its failed every time. I see all these people who have shared the same problem. Us skinny people need to stick together and demand justice for being ignored of our unhappiness. Some people cannot gain weight simply with diet and exercise the same way obese people cannot lose weight with diet and exercise as well. Its our bodies our choice of what we want. I am a 26 year old female and have been on cilift since i was about 17 years old, my doctor assures me that it is toatlly safe to carry on for long periods of time, he also says its even safe for pregnant woman. I am taking nexium daily. I have found it necessary due to my rheumatoid arthritis drugs causing terrible acid reflux. It works for its purpose well, however I have found it has put about 30 to 40 pounds of weight on me since the start of the daily routine. If anyone else has suffered this fate i would hope you would comment under this thread. My Dr. would like me to switch from Paxil Cr, which I have been taking for 2 years now to Cymbalta because of the the weight gain side effect I'm having with Paxil. Others, as listed by the FDA, may possibly include nausea, dry mouth, somnolence and headache. Does Xarelto cause weight gain specifically. ## I wonder myself if my weight gain is from Xarelto. I have AFIB my Doctor gave me Xarelto I had a follow up in two weeks. I had decided in the meantime to lose some weight , being tired all the time I drink lots of coffee. 7-9-14 cups a day and I like them with sugar & creamer. I figure that I was drinking in between 600-800 calories at eight cups much more if I drank additional cups ( creamers can vary 20-30 cal to 50 or more). So I went cold turkey to Black coffee only and drank much less for the two weeks. I thought I would lose at least 1-2 pounds on the next visit but instead gained 8 pounds thats in two weeks time. I have been on Multaq for 2 years, I have gained 23 lbs., I want to stop taking it, doesn't anyone know if the weight will come off if I stop taking it? ## If the weight gain was solely caused by the Multaq then yes, you will most likely lose the weight once you stop taking it.
