what does generic vicodin pills look like

Has lp on top 145 below it.told it was vicodin???the other side smoth.the pill is white n round. ## Hi tru, Most Vicodin/Norco pills I've come across are usually white oblong tablets, but this white round pill marked with IP 145 reportedly contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone bitartrate + 200mgs of Ibuprofen. It's NOT Vicodin/Norco, however I think the Ibuprofen may make for a good alternative for those who can't tolerate Acetaminophen, due to potential liver problems.
